As well as a range of standard cast stone products, we offer the professional builder a complete bespoke package from design to delivery.

We love it when our expertise are used to help in preparing your tender documents. That way, there is less room for surprises, and working with us before tender can lead to scheduling and pricing advantages with your clients.

Send us drawings and / or a bill of quantities and we’ll prepare a detailed quote.

Quality driven Cast Stone that fits:

All our stone is made to your dimensional specifications. Whether it is large quantities of standard size window cills or heads or bespoke size door surrounds and portico’s, we work to industry standard tolerances.

Account Management:

From concept to final delivery, larger orders are managed by a dedicated account manager. We understand the complexities of a building project; we understand that sometimes new decisions have to be made on site. By having a single point of contact for any query that arises, your site manager, architect or end client can rest assured that we will always deliver what is required.

Drawings:

With our CAD drawing facility we are more than happy to assist in technical drawing requirements. Should you need a drawing of a specific product to put straight into one of your existing drawing, ask away and we’ll send you a CAD file.

Delivery:

All stone is delivered via lorries, carefully packaged onto pallets. Responsibility for Unloading the delivery vehicles is strictly with each site and the use of a fork-lift truck is essential.

Quality Control:

We only use high quality materials in our cast stone products and each stone is checked for accuracy and finish on completion. Our stone is independently quality checked for compressive strength and capillary absorption on a regular basis.

Should any new material or process be used, a series of independent quality checks will be required before manufacture can begin. Whilst we are happy to manage the process,  it is a chargeable service.

Billing:

An invoice is sent with each delivery, to be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to with-hold subsequent deliveries until payment is made.

New customers will be given an account on receipt of satisfactory credit checks. Until such time, an initial deposit of 25% of the total order value is obligatory.
